Italian Pizza Squares

Trust me, you need to make this. You will be a hit at the next party or game night and you'll be asked to make this again...

Ingredients:

2cans (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
4oz thinly sliced salami
4oz thinly sliced Swiss cheese
4oz thinly sliced pepperoni
4oz thinly sliced American cheese
4oz thinly sliced coppa (cured Italian ham) or cooked ham
4oz thinly sliced provolone cheese
2eggs
1/2teaspoon garlic powder
1/2teaspoon pepper
1jar (12 oz) sliced roasted red bell peppers, drained
1can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
1egg yolk, beaten
Directions:
Spray non-stick spray in the pan and roll out 1 can of chilled dough into 1 large rectangle; place in pan. Press in bottom and 3/4 inch up sides of pan to form crust, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Add a layer of salami.

Add a layer of Swiss cheese.

 Add a layer of pepperoni.

Add a layer of cheddar cheese.

Add a layer of coppa (or smoked ham).

Add a layer of provolone cheese.

Beat two eggs, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder.

Pour over meat and cheese layers.

Add a layer of roasted red peppers.

Add a layer of Bruno's Wax Peppers (or banana peppers).

Roll out the second chilled dough and pinch the perimeter and cuts closed.

Brush an egg yolk on the dough.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove foil, then bake 15-20 minutes longer.

Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows (or bite size pieces) and serve hot. Yummy!
